Mr. Jack Leong is an esteemed professional currently holding the position of Managing Director at Octowill Trustees Berhad. With extensive experience in Malaysia’s finance industry spanning over a decade, he specializes in providing comprehensive financial services and excels in the field of alternative investments. Additionally, since August 2022, Jack has served as an Independent and Non-Executive Director at Aldrich Resources Berhad, a publicly listed company.

In his role as a member of the Investment Committees at Proven Venture Capital, managed by 5 Pillars Ventures Sdn Bhd, a licensed venture capital management corporation regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia, Jack contributes his valuable insights and expertise. Furthermore, he holds significant responsibilities as a director and shareholder at Finicon Venture Sdn Bhd (FVSB) and Proven Capital Sdn Bhd (PCSB), where he is accountable for the corporate affairs and business development of the respective companies.

Mr. Jack’s dedication and outstanding performance have been recognized through several accolades, including being honored as the Nationwide Top 10 Investment Linked Manager in both 2014 and 2015. Furthermore, he achieved the remarkable accomplishment of securing the Nationwide Overall 1st Runner-up Manager title in 2016 and subsequently claimed the Nationwide Overall Champion Manager titles in both 2017 and 2018.

Mr. Jack completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2003. This educational background, coupled with his expertise in the finance industry, provides him with a unique perspective and a diverse skill set.

Dato’ Louis Chai Ming Foo is the Managing Executive Director and Founder of Moscon Group, a renowned property development and construction company. With over 27 years of industry experience, he has played a vital role in the company’s growth and success. Dato’ Louis Chai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chinese Culture University at Yang Min Shan, Taiwan, specializing in International Trade and Marketing Planning. Under his leadership, Moscon Group has expanded its business focus from construction to infrastructure and property development.

His commitment is notable for developing affordable, program-enriched housing, which has provided safe and quality living options for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with special needs. Dato’ Louis Chai’s expertise covers various aspects of real estate development, including project planning, construction management, and property and asset management.

Dato’ Louis Chai’s involvement in Malay Reserve land development projects has also contributed significantly to the economic growth of Malay landowners. Through Moscon Group, he acts as a developer and joint venture partner, transforming Malay Reserve land into residential or business centers that provide high margins and returns to the landowners.

In addition to his role at Moscon Group, Dato’ Louis Chai is the Chairman and Founder of HBW Group, a company involved in manufacturing and distributing unique beauty and healthcare products. The company’s i-Young brand has gained recognition as a leading brand in the sheep placenta products market.

Ian Tan Lai Huat has over 20 years of working experience in the property development sector. He started his career in 2003 as a Company Secretary after graduating with a Degree in Business Management.

Mr. Ian Tan Lai Huat possesses excellent capability and acumen in the operations of the property development industry. This includes comprehensive coordination with bankers, lawyers, customers, relevant local authorities, and government agencies.

He previously served as General Manager of the Property Division in a listed company, providing strategic leadership and overall oversight of the Group’s property development portfolio. With over two decades of industry experience, he has extensive expertise across the full development lifecycle, from planning and execution to post completion management, and has successfully delivered more than 1,000 residential units.

Furthermore, he has played a role in preparing, liaising, and organizing events, including meetings with various Ministries, such as the Ministry of Housing and Local Government and the Ministry of Federal Territories, regarding property development presentations and proposals.

Yik Chong Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical – Aeronautical) from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With over 20 years of experience, he has built a strong career across civil and structural works, waste management, oil & gas, and industrial construction.

He possesses extensive capability in managing full project lifecycles, from design and planning to construction, commissioning, and operational handover. His project portfolio includes multi-storey commercial buildings, regional operation centres, landfill and leachate treatment facilities, wastewater and sewerage treatment plants, tunnel composting systems, and major electrical and instrumentation installations.

Throughout his career, Yik Chong has demonstrated strong leadership, technical depth, and disciplined project controls. He is highly experienced in coordinating with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders across complex, multimillion-ringgit developments. Recognised for his structured management approach and problem-solving ability, he consistently delivers projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
